How do I reset my password?

From https://login.83bar.com/, click “Forgot Password”underneath the Login button. Follow the prompts to reset your password.

How do I switch views between differentstudies?

Click on the “People” icon at the top right hand cornerof the homepage (next to your initials) to switch between multiple studies.

Can I search for a specific referral?

Yes, using the “Find a Patient” search bar, type in areferral’s name or unique ID number to locate theirprofile quickly.

Can I filter my view based on the clinic location?

Yes. If you’re assigned to multiple site locations, theywill all be automatically selected in the “Filter byClinic” section. To view only one (or some) of thelocations, clear out the pre-selected sites using the“X” on the far right of the text field. Once locations arecleared, click into the text field and use the dropdown menu to choose which location(s) you’d like to view.

What is the difference between the sections referrals are grouped into?

Each category labeled on the Hub homepage is calleda “card”. The card’s label denotes the specific stage inthe referral pathway as they move forward in the study. All referrals listed in a given card have a status that corresponds to that category.

Can the referral list in a card be downloaded?

Yes. Click on the “CSV” button on the right handcorner of the card you’d like to export. This will open the card’s data into an Excel spreadsheet.

How do I access referral-specific details from the homepage?

Click the purple “Update” button or the referral’s unique ID number to open up the profile In thereferral’s profile you can view:

  • Phone screen passed Referral contact information and zip code
  • Current status and appointment date (if set)
  • Notes on the referral left by the site
  • The referral’s completed screener survey

How do I change a referral’s status and/or appointment?

Click into the referral’s profile and see section #2:Appointments. In the top right corner, click “Update Appointment” to change a referral’s status using thedropdown menu. Click on the Calendar field on the left to add an appointment date/time.

Can I download the information in the referral profile?

Yes. You can export the entire referral card byclicking on the small printer icon right next to thereferral’s name (at the top of their profile). This willgive you the option to either save as a PDF or sendto a printer.

What do the different referral statuses mean?
